RESPONSABILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to position the JULIENNE BRUNO brand for growth and market expansion in the UK (wholesale, direct retail/F&B, d2c)
- Plan, lead & execute brand activations with key retailers, restaurants and collabs
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor brands, consumer trends, and shopping behaviours (through consumer interviews) to inform brand and product strategies.
- Design and supervise the creation of content across a variety of platforms, including press releases, newsletters, artwork, and digital media in collaboration with third party content creators
- Monitor brand performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and other data aggregators to ensure targets are met and to inform future strategies.
- Organise product launches and promotional events to showcase new offerings and boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the design team on retail packaging and in-store marketing displays to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the marketing budget and strategise guerrilla marketing techniques to position us in the forefront of food development
- Work with advertising and PR agencies to manage and execute effective marketing campaigns for the brand.
- Maintain and grow JULIENNE BRUNO's affiliations and partnerships to broaden our reach and strengthen our brand's influence.
- Maintain regular contact with vendors and distributors to gain critical insights into product design and implementation improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry (3 - 5+ years)
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing.
- Experience in market, data and competitor analysis.
- Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and hitting profit targets.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative work style.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Full-time employment, 45 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
