Finance Manager / Business Partner

About us

We are a creative food developer taking plant-based food to new heights by creating familiar yet new products.

How we eat and what we eat is changing, and changing fast. Yet, plant-based products are still seen as an “alternative”, which usually means a compromise. We are changing that starting with our ‘Collection 01’, a dairy-free experience consisting of three products: Burrella, Crematta and Superstraccia. See our products in use here.

We are a fast growing, venture capital backed food brand based in London hiring for roles with ample opportunities to build, learn, and grow. The team is composed of experienced operators with backgrounds in building long lasting F&B concepts as well as high scale tech ventures.

job qualifications

  • The role will require you to be a qualified accountant, either ACA, ACCA or CIMA, but it will also need you to demonstrate specific qualities.

  • This is very much a strategic role. Information and reporting are just the tip of the iceberg. What really matters is your ability to see the value in the information you provide and to inspire others to make use of it.

  • It calls for someone who is used to working in a rapidly changing environment and who is comfortable proposing, justifying, initiating and implementing change.

  1. Presentation

  2. Relationship building

  3. Negotiation

  4. Facilitation and conflict resolution

  • This is a role that calls for both a starter and a coordinator. In a fast growing startup environment, you must be able to apply your analytical skills beyond the traditional functions of finance and to bring them to bear on a broad range of commercial issues. It is the interpersonal qualities and dynamism required in finance business partner jobs that will set you apart.
