A TASTE OF ITALY IN EVERY BITE: LA TUA PASTA

La Tua Pasta prides itself on being an authentic “Pastificio”—a true artisan pasta maker rooted in Italian tradition. Since its founding in 2006, they’ve been perfecting the art of fresh pasta, delighting customers at market stalls and supplying some of the most prestigious hotels, restaurants, and caterers in the UK and beyond.


Even as they’ve grown, their commitment to making the finest handmade fresh pasta has remained unchanged.


THE STORY BEHIND LA TUA PASTA

La Tua Pasta was founded by Francesco Boggian and his wife Caroline with a mission to bring a slice of Italy to the UK. Francesco’s vision was simple: create pasta so well-crafted and fresh that chefs would proudly serve it as their own.


The foundation of La Tua Pasta wasn’t just about exceptional pasta, though. It was about creating a workplace where the team could thrive, believing that a happy, dedicated team would naturally deliver great service and even better pasta. This ethos, combined with countless recipes borrowed from Italian family and friends, led them to develop over 300 types of fresh and filled pasta.


They began by selling at farmers’ markets, including the iconic Borough Market, and quickly became a trusted partner for London’s top restaurants and hotels.


In 2018, after years of dedication, Francesco and Caroline passed the reins to Nicolas and Patricia Hanson, who had fallen in love with La Tua Pasta. Together with the original team, they’ve continued to put the quality of the product and the integrity of their ingredients at the center of everything they do.

This ravioli is a perfect example of thoughtful collaboration. Made with La Tua’s fresh pasta, it’s filled with red peppers, vegetable Nduja, and our creamy Superstraccia. The combination brings a balance of sweetness, spice, and richness that works beautifully together.
