These were the two sentences scribbled on our white board the first day of development. What does it mean to us?
The first part was in relation to our development ethos. In a world where everything tries to imitate something thatexists, we wanted to take the less travelled road of creating something that has familiar but new unique characteristics.
The second, was for us to remember to not get stuck in comparing minute details and instead focus on actually enjoying the flavours, textures and experiences we create
