about
Our name is inspired by the classic chef cuts that are fundamental techniques for preparing vegetables. It speaks to our gastronomic roots and our passion for plant-based ingredients.
JULIENNE cut: when the ingredient is cut into long, uniform strips
BRUNOISE cut: the ingredient is first julienned, then rotated a quarter turn and diced.
We make original dairy-free cheese from soya & coconut. Our products are available through our community of retailers, restaurants and chefs.
