We are thrilled to share this milestone news with you. Our Burrella is now a global award winning product. 

 

In a world of artificially flavoured vegan cheese substitutes with 12 months shelf life, we introduced a fresh, handmade alternative made from fermented soy that feels like a single-ingredient product. Our unique team shares a love for quality and taste, fueling our mission to create products loved for their taste, not just because they're vegan.

 

Our three original products – Burrella, Superstraccia, and Crematta – were developed by studying dairy cheese fermentation and closely following traditional methods. We created our own process to ferment soy and hand shape each product. Burrella, the first of its kind, is a delicate sphere filled with creamy curdles, inspired by burrata but with its own unique characteristics. Superstraccia offers versatile, creamy shreds perfect for pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. Crematta, hailed as the modern patissier's best friend, is ideal for tiramisu and cheesecakes.

 

After 2.5 years of development, chefs across the nation now choose our products for their dishes, not out of obligation to provide vegan options, but because they're proud of the creations. JULIENNE BRUNO is available at Ocado, Wholefoods, Selfridges, Harrods, Daylesford Organic, Pizza Pilgrims, Gail’s Bakery and hundreds of other independent restaurants and retailers.

 

With great honour we have achieved a 4.9/5 Trustpilot rating with our primary customer base consisting of non-vegans, demonstrating our vegan product's ability to captivate the market and establish new rituals. We opted for soy-based products over nut-based alternatives to provide a less allergen-heavy option. Our pricing, around £4.5, aligns with the dairy range, distancing us from the traditionally expensive £7+ vegan nut-based offerings. As the first company to exclude "vegan" or "plant-based" from packaging, we reinforce our commitment to appealing to all food lovers, regardless of dietary preferences.
