Last week we had the pleasure of supplying our Supperstraccia® for the Pizza and Pistachio Pesto Pasta Dishes served up at the book launch of "Cooking With Nonna" by Giuseppe Federici, aka Sepps.
The event was hosted at the Terra Restaurant Eataly, in what was a beautiful celebration of food and family.
We just want to say a huge congratulations to Giuseppe and Nonna on an incredible book and launch party. Sepps has been a big advocate for JULIENNE BRUNO in recent years, frequently using our Collection 01 in his recipes. So we were delighted to be able to support his well deserved book launch with our Superstraccia®.
