This week we had the honour of launching on the menu of one of our favourite Creative Cocktail Bar & Restaurants: The Alchemist. With twenty two UK locations and five London locations; Bevis Marks in the city, St. Martin's Lane in 'theatreland', Old Street in the creative Shoreditch hub, Embassy Gardens at Nine Elms and its flagship haunt in Canary Wharf, the masters of mixology have become infamous for their alchemy inspired cocktails with their fitting catchphrase 'Theatre-Served'.
The East End 'Bevis Marks' location: home to solicitor Sampson Brass in Dickens' Old Curiosity Shop, stands out as a glint of pure gold amidst the charcoal and black suits of the city’s business district, "The Alchemist does its own business in a decidedly different way." If you're a late-night reveller, the venue offers drinks table reservations past 10pm on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
New to their menu is their Whipped Bur-Natta Watermelon and Cherry Tomato Salad, featuring our Award Winning Superstraccia. We are very excited about this partnership. Just like JULIENNE BRUNO, The Alchemist pushes the boundaries of gastronomy, constantly inventing and creating new things. And always, the emphasis is on taste and the exceptional experience served.
Let us know if you get down to one of their restaurants this weekend, we can't wait to serve you soon!
