Enjoy this fried Cauliflower Gnocchi in garlic & chilli oil, topped with SUPERSTRACCIA & harissa. 

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • Fresh chives, chopped Fresh chives, chopped
  • Fresh parsley, chopped Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dorset Sea Salt 1/2 tsp Dorset Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp harissa paste 1 tsp harissa paste

Method

  1. Gently heat a generous drizzle of olive oil in a pan over a medium–low heat. Add the sliced garlic and chilli, allowing them to slowly infuse the oil until fragrant.
  2. Add the cauliflower gnocchi and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp on the outside. Season with sea salt, then add the chopped chives and parsley. Toss well so the gnocchi is evenly coated in the aromatic oil and herbs. Transfer to a bowl and finish with generous spoonfuls of SUPERSTRACCIA and a teaspoon of harissa paste.
  3. Enjoy this crispy, golden gnocchi paired with rich garlic and chilli heat, lifted by the fresh herbs and cooled by our creamy SUPERSTRACCIA.
