Friday night we had the pleasure of attending the 2023 Nourish Awards where we are over the moon to announce that Burrella® won Silver in the Dairy & Dairy Alternatives category.
Burrella, the first of its kind, is a delicate sphere filled with creamy curdles, inspired by Burrata but with its own unique characteristics - A firm bite with a delicate creamy interior. Naturally plant-based. Best served cold and handled with care. Perfect for salads or simply enjoyed on its own and since it's creation has quickly become an globally award winning product!
