SIMPLE TOAST, BIG ON TASTE

SIMPLE TOAST, BIG ON TASTE

Julienne Bruno x Symplicity recipe 

Ingredients

  • Superstraccia, 150g Superstraccia, 150g
  • 1 tbsp, symplicity, Vegetable Nduja 1 tbsp, symplicity, Vegetable Nduja
  • 1 tbsp, Agave Syrup 1 tbsp, Agave Syrup
  • Sourdough, toasted Sourdough, toasted
  • tsp of dried chilli flakes tsp of dried chilli flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled 1 garlic clove, peeled

Method

  1. Start by toasting the sourdough.
  2. In a small bowl, mix nduja oil with agave syrup and chilli flakes. Set aside.
  3. Rub the warm toast with garlic and generously dollop some SUPERSTRACCIA over the toast. Add a spoon of vegetable nduja and finish with the hot and sweet dressing. Optional: finish with fresh chives or flat-leaf parsley and enjoy immediately!
