JULIENNE BRUNO Burrella - Vegan Cheese

Spring is in the air! This 5 minute recipe uses only a handful of ingredients and is the perfect combination of spring flavours to welcome in the warm weather.

Ingredients

  • 2 Burrella 2 Burrella
  • Fresh basil Fresh basil
  • Lemon Lemon
  • Bread Bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fleur de sel or salt Fleur de sel or salt
  • Garlic Garlic
  • 1 branch thyme 1 branch thyme

Method

  1. Place slices of bread on a lined tray baking tray with olive oil, fleur de sel, 1 garlic clove and thyme.
  2. Cook at 180° for 7 minutes or until nicely browned
  3. In a bowl, mix the extra virgin olive with chopped basil leaves and lemon juice.
  4. In another bowl, delicately place the Burella and season with fleur de sel.
  5. Dress the basil oil over the Burella and rub a garlic clove over the toasts.
  6. Enjoy!
