BURRELLA, BASIL & OLIVE OIL SPRING DIPPING PLATE

Spring is in the air! This 5 minute recipe uses only a handful of ingredients and is the perfect combination of spring flavours to welcome in the warm weather.
Ingredients
- 2 Burrella
- Fresh basil
- Lemon
- Bread
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fleur de sel or salt
- Garlic
- 1 branch thyme
Method
- Place slices of bread on a lined tray baking tray with olive oil, fleur de sel, 1 garlic clove and thyme.
- Cook at 180° for 7 minutes or until nicely browned
- In a bowl, mix the extra virgin olive with chopped basil leaves and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, delicately place the Burella and season with fleur de sel.
- Dress the basil oil over the Burella and rub a garlic clove over the toasts.
- Enjoy!
