GRILLED HISPI CABBAGE W. SUPERSTRACCIA & CHILLI OIL

Welcome back to our series where we show you how to make simple yet impressive dishes when you are hosting. This Grilled Hibsbi Cabbage with Superstraccia is the perfect thing to make this weekend
Ingredients
- 1 Hispi Cabbage
- Smoked Paprika
- Olive Oil
- 2 Superstraccia
- Chilli Oil
Method
- Start by pre-heating the oven to 190°. Wash the hispi cabbage and cut into 4.
- Place on a lined baking tray, and season generously with olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika. Ensuring the whole surface of the cabbage is covered.
- Place in the oven for around 7 to 10 minutes or until the cabbage is well caramelized outside and fondant inside.
- Next, create a bed of Superstraccia on the plate and season with chilli oil and flakes.
- Place the grilled hispi cabbage on the Superstraccia bed and drizzle with more chill oil.
- Enjoy!
