HERB & GARLIC OIL DIPPING PLATE W. BURRELLA

HERB & GARLIC OIL DIPPING PLATE W. BURRELLA

This is the perfect recipe for a sharing style table dinner, eating outside with friends on a warm evening!

Ingredients

  • 1 Burrella 1 Burrella

  • ½ tsp dried red chilli flakes ½ tsp dried red chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp Maldon salt ½ tsp Maldon salt
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. Roast tomatoes in a hot oven, 220c for 10 minutes until blistered and beginning to soften.
  2. To plate, simply pour olive oil into the centre of a rimmed plate (side plate size is ideal), spoon minced garlic, herbs, chilli and salt onto the plate before drizzling balsamic over.
  3. Plate tomatoes and the Burrella before scooping up with crackers or bread.
  4. Ideal with a glass of cold white wine.ENJOY!
